The first step to learning the method is to attend an Introductory Session which can be done privately or in group, in person or online. If the couple/women want to pursue in learning the system, a Follow-Up appointment is then scheduled. The follow up sessions are private appointments structured for the purpose of support, learning, reviewing charting, and assessing instructions. They are essential so the system can be tailor made for every client and so the client gain quick confidence in using the system. Being compliant with the follow up schedule is very important for the successful use of the system and proper deliver of high quality service.
After the introductory session, the follow-up sessions occur on the following basic schedule:
First follow-up..................... 2 weeks
Second follow-up................. 4 weeks
Third follow-up.................... 6 weeks
Fourth follow-up.................. 8 weeks
Fifth follow-up..................... 3 months
Sixth follow-up.................... 6 months
Seventh follow-up................ 9 months
Eighth follow-up................. 12 months

a. Please know that the client can receive an invoice with tax identification number and medical code on it to submit to their insurance for possible reimbursement for our services if she lives in USA and wishes to get the invoice.
The client has the option to pay for each session at the time of service or to take advantage of the packages available to save money.
Payments for people leaving outside Lebanon can be sent to [email protected] via PayPal or Venmo or Apple Pay to 914-393-8907 or check made out to Cedar of Lebanon FertilityCare Center and mailed to the center address (341 June Street Worcester MA 01602). Invoices will be given for services and packages. Some insurances reimburse clients for those services.

It is required to purchase the FertilityCare Kit if the clients decide to continue with instruction after the Introductory Session. This Personal Fertility Kit contains
- an Introductory Booklet User Manual
- Chart and Stamps Packet
- and everything needed to begin tracking of their fertility.
The kit can be mailed to the client for a charge of $30 fee.
If the client wishes to purchase the Picture Dictionary user's manual, she can purchase it along with the fertilitycare kit for an additional charge of $25.
If the sessions are conducted online, it is required to purchase the Picture Dictionary User's manual.
